MOMMY AND ME CLASS
This class is recommended for children who can walk up to age 3. It is a class where you can join your children to help them develop motor skills. We will teach them the basic gymnastics skills and help them with basic life skills such as listening and following directions. This is a 50 minute class.
Tuesday's at 11AM 6-week Rate: $ 60.00 / one day per week
Wednesday's at 4:30PM $ 110.00 / two days per weekSHINING STARS (TOTS)
This class is recommended for children ages 3-5. It is a class where children will develop basic gymnastics skills, body positions and introducing gymnastics equipment. Children will learn to follow directions and we will introduce gymnastics terminology. This is a 50 minute class.
Offered: Tuesday's at 10AM, 4PM & 6PM 6-week Rate: $ 60.00 / one day per week
Wednesday's at 6:30 PM $ 110.00 / two days per week
Thursday's at 4PM & 5PM
Saturday's at 10AM
LEVEL 1
This is the basic beginners class. We will introduce all four Olympic events, vault, bars, beam and floor. We will focus on enhancing strength, flexibility and fitness. This is an hour class.
Offered: Tuesday's at 10 AM, 4PM, 5PM & 6PM 6-week Rate: $ 70.00 / one day per week
Wednesday's at 5:30PM & 6:30PM $ 130.00 / two days per week
Thursday's at 4PM & 6PM
Saturday's at 11AM
LEVEL 2
This is a more advanced class. Children will be challenged to try new and different skills on all four events. They will also increase their strength and flexibility. This is an hour class.
Offered: Tuesday's 4PM & 5PM 6-week Rate: $ 70.00 / one day per week
Wednesday's at 5:30PM & 6:30PM $ 130.00 / two days per week
Thursday's at 5PM $190.00 / three days per week
Saturday's at 12PM
LEVEL 3
The advanced level. Students will work on higher-level skills on all four events along with strength, flexibility and fitness. This is a two hour class.
Offered: Tuesday's, Wednesday's & Thursday's at 5PM MONTHLY Tuition due by the 1st for 4 weeks
1x/week: $80.00
2x/week: $150.00
3x/week: $210.00
CHEERLEADING
A one-hour class of all the tumbling you can get! GREAT for cheerleaders and dancers wanting to learn more skills! Every Wednesday from 7:30-8:30pm
$10 each class
REGISTRATION!!
Everyone needs one. Whether you are attending a trial class, open gym, clinic, camp, or need to update your address, now you can print out a registration form and complete it before you come to the gym. This is great for try-outs that are part of a carpool. All gymnasts must have a completed form on file to practice each week.
